Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of School-Based Management in Islamic Religious Education and its relationship with the achievement of eighth-semester students in the Islamic Religious Education Study Program. The study used a quantitative approach with a correlational survey design. The population consisted of 50 eighth-semester students, all of whom were selected as samples using saturated sampling. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and learning outcome documentation, then analyzed using descriptive statistics and multivariate analysis to examine the simultaneous relationship between SBM implementation and student achievement. The results show that SBM implementation was in the good category, especially in participation, transparency, and academic discipline. Multivariate analysis indicates a positive relationship between SBM implementation and student achievement in terms of academic scores, activeness, task completion timeliness, and understanding of course material. Thus, SBM can be an effective learning management strategy for improving the quality of learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education.
