In general, the fiqhiyyah principles have purposes, one of which is to make it simpler to identify the issues that arise in the expanding reality of life, such as difficulties in worship, so that in the fiqhiyyah rules, رسيخنا بهجح تمشمنا is justified to simplify, alleviate, and remove difficulties. and legal subjects when implementing legal rules in any way. The fiqhiyyah rules also offer a way out of many scholarly disagreements or at the very least support viewpoints that are more in line with the fiqh norms. Difficulties have significant ramifications for formulating laws and fatwas if they are utilized as a justification for the dispensation and convenience of syar'i. Therefore, defining the concept of "Difficulty" and the elements that make up it is crucial, cannot be understated, and is something that must be studied. The National Syari'ah Council and the MUI base almost all of their fatwas on the Qur'an and the Sunnah as well as the opinions of the clergy, and they follow the following principle : رسيخنا بهجح تمشمنا "Difficulty attracts ease".
