The issue of education quality at every level and educational unit is one of the issues with education that our country is currently confronting. In accordance with their primary responsibilities and roles, educators are discussed in this article as they carry out the teaching and learning process. To prepare for the global changes brought on by technological and scientific advancements, management in education is required. Management of students, whose subject matter is management and execution, is connected to education management.
