Abstract

Performance management of government agencies in Indonesia was born from the enthusiasm to create government agencies that are professional, results-oriented and accountable through the application of performance management principles. Performance-based budgets and performance measures. One effort to make this happen is by encouraging the bureaucracy to ensure that activities financed by the state budget are effective and have an impact on development targets. Efficiently means the bureaucracy must ensure the use of the State budget Wisely and professionally. Employee performance has become the center of attention from various groups, both government and companies or organizations in general. Such great attention to performance issues can be understood because it concerns the efficient and effective use of human resources in achieving the goals set by an organization. However, efforts to improve employee performance is something that must be done by every leader of an organization or company, including government agencies. This means that efforts are made with the aim of each employee being able to carry out work in accordance with the targets that have been set. This is because if employees cannot carry out work in accordance with predetermined standards, it is impossible for the organization/company's goals to be achieved. Meanwhile, every increase in the effectiveness and efficiency of employees in a company will improve the performance of employees carried out by a company will increase the implementation of its employees' responsibilities. Which will ultimately benefit the company organization itself. Various efforts can be made to improve employee performance starting from education, work motivation , providing compensation.
