Metode Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam

Islamic education is education that aims to form a complete Muslim person, develop all human potential both physical and spiritual, cultivate a harmonious relationship of each person with God, man, and the universe. Thus, Islamic education seeks to fully develop the individual. The Project-Based Learning Method (MPBP) has become an increasingly popular approach in Islamic religious education. This study aims to present abstracts about project-based learning methods in Islamic education. MPBP is an active and practical approach to learning, where students engage in projects that are challenging and relevant to the context of their lives. Research related to MPBP in Islamic education has shown promising results in improving the understanding of religious concepts, the application of religious values in daily life, the development of social skills, and student learning motivation. In the context of Islam, MPBP can help students gain a deep understanding of religious concepts, apply religious values in daily life, and develop social skills needed in religious contexts. This research makes an important contribution in revealing the potential and effectiveness of MPBP in the context of Islamic education, as well as practical implications for educators and curriculum developers to enhance students' learning experience. By blending religious elements with a project approach, MPBP can be a powerful tool to form a generation of students who have a deep understanding of religion and are able to apply religious values in their daily lives. In order to optimize the use of MPBP in Islamic education, educators need to receive adequate training and support. In addition, further research needs to be conducted to explore various aspects and effectiveness of MPBP in the context of Islamic education, as well as evaluate its impact on the achievement of students' religious learning goals.
