This study aims to analyze the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in innovative learning tool development and its impact on teacher effectiveness and performance at Raudhatul Athfal (Islamic Junior High School). The study employed a qualitative approach with a field study design involving 22 informants, including teachers, madrasah principals, and parents as supporting informants. Data collection techniques included observation, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), and document analysis. Thematic analysis was used through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that before the use of AI, learning tools were developed administratively and were not optimally utilized in teaching practices. After the use of AI, improvements were observed in the systematic development of tools, time efficiency, and the utilization of learning tools as a reference in the teaching process. Furthermore, AI contributed to improving teachers' pedagogical competence and assisting madrasah principals in developing more structured management documents. However, AI implementation still faces challenges such as limited infrastructure and varying teacher digital skills. This study concludes that AI has significant potential as an innovative solution to improve the quality of learning and teacher performance in Islamic-based early childhood education.
