Metode Sam’iyah Syafawiyah dalam Proses Pembelajaran Bahasa Arab Siswa di MTs MESRA Pematangsiantar

This research aims to determine the sam'iyah syafawiyah method in the Arabic language learning process for students at MTs MESRA Pematangsiantar. The formulation of the problem in this research is "what is the sam'iyah syafawiyah method in the Arabic language learning process for students at MTs MESRA Pematangsiantar?". This research is descriptive qualitative research, namely research that focuses intensively on one particular object and studies it as a case. The instruments used to collect data in this research consist of observation, interviews and documentation. From the analysis of the data obtained, the researcher concluded that this method reflects the meeting between behaviorism theory in psychology and structural theory in linguistics. This audiolingual method is based on a structural approach to language teaching. This view then gave birth to the Sam'iyah Safawiyah learning method. People sequentially learn to listen and speak and then continue to learn other skills. This is to achieve the goal in learning, namely passive and active Arabic language skills. In this case the Sam'iyyah Syafawiyah method is in accordance with the learning objectives.
